The Separator is used to separate the feathers and the post-slaughter waste from sewage. Due to the application and the type of transfer of the elements inside the sieve to separate the waste and feathers must be used two separate devices with different perforation of the drainage sieve.
It is made of stainless steel, acid resistant. The basic separator assembly is a gutless body with a cylindrical sieve in a horizontal position, embedded on the rollers. In the lower part of the body there is a sewage guttor, the drive is installed in the upper part-the rotating cylindrical sieve is running. The sieve is fed by slaughter or feathers, where they are separated from the water by moving to the outlet. A washer is installed above the strainer. The length of the separator depends on its performance.
