Dynamic Flocculator
Sludge conditioning: rapid and uniform mixing of chemical reagent with sludge before dewatering.
Sludge enters the flocculator chamber equipped with active mixers and chemical dosing nozzles. The variable-speed mixers distribute the reagent immediately and uniformly throughout the entire sludge volume.
Sludge conditioned this way is ready for further processing, for example on a screw-disc press. The compact design of the dynamic flocculator lets you integrate the conditioning step directly into the dewatering line, with no extra infrastructure required.
