Dynamic Flocculator (square)

Sludge is mixed with the reagent in a chamber with variable-speed mixers, and the square shape makes mounting it together with a press easier.

The sludge enters the flocculator chamber, which is fitted with active mixers and nozzles dosing the chemical reagent. Variable-speed mixers blend the reagent with the sludge immediately and evenly, which prepares it for further treatment, for example in a screw and plate press. The square shape geometrically simplifies mounting the flocculator and the press together.

The advantages of the flocculator are its compact size and low energy consumption. Its shape also gives even mixing and distribution of the substance.
