Pressurised Dynamic Flocculator (round)

Sludge is mixed with the reagent in a pressurised chamber with a variable-speed mixer, ready for dewatering in a screw press.

The sludge enters the flocculator chamber, which is fitted with an active mixer and nozzles dosing the chemical reagent. The variable-speed mixer blends the reagent with the sludge immediately and evenly, which prepares it for further treatment, for example in a screw press.

The advantages of the flocculator are its compact size and low energy consumption. Its shape also gives even mixing and distribution of the substance.
