Batch Polymer Preparation Station (round, two-level)
A two-level station that dissolves and mixes water with polyelectrolyte concentrate, while the lower chamber stores the ready solution.
The two-level unit dissolves and mixes water with polyelectrolyte concentrate. The station runs automatically, keeping a continuous cycle of preparing and feeding the polyelectrolyte.
The upper chamber holds a motor-driven mixer, together with a polyelectrolyte hopper with a screw feeder and a conical feed funnel. A solenoid valve responsible for automatic water refilling is fitted there as well.
In the lower part of that level there is a pressure transmitter monitoring the liquid level continuously, used to control precise filling of the working chamber with water and polyelectrolyte. The polymer is dosed automatically, based on the amount of water added.
The lower chamber serves as a store for the ready solution. This arrangement guarantees continuous access to the prepared solution.
All that is left to the operator is keeping polymer in the hoppers.
