A fully automated polyelectrolyte preparation station. Reliable equipment built from 316L stainless steel throughout, with components sourced from leading manufacturers. Designed for precise dosing, complete dissolution, and homogeneous mixing of water with powdered polyelectrolyte. Automatic operation mode ensures an uninterrupted, efficient preparation and feed cycle.
The upper level houses a driven mixer, a polyelectrolyte hopper with a precision screw feeder, and a wetting cone that aids powder introduction. Water intake is handled by two integrated solenoid valves. A pressure transmitter mounted in the lower section monitors the entire process, ensuring accurate and repeatable filling of the mixing chamber with the set doses of water and polymer.
The tank below the upper level is equipped with a SIEMENS motor-driven mixer, a Ø70 Georg Fischer electric butterfly valve, a flocculant dosing pump suction lance, and a CERABAR pressure transmitter for minimum and maximum level signalling.
