Pipe Flocculator
Forming stable flocs before the flotation process.
The pipe flocculator is used for chemical precipitation of contaminants from wastewater using coagulants and flocculants, pH correction, and formation of larger, easy-to-separate aggregates known as flocs. Pipe flocculators ensure optimal build-up of larger particle suspensions, which then flow into flotation units or clarifiers.
The flocculator design provides sufficient mixing time and optimal conditions for forming large flocs, with no mechanical agitation required.
