Feather Press
Separator for removing feathers and poultry slaughter waste from wastewater, made of acid-resistant stainless steel.
The feather press separates feathers and poultry slaughter waste from wastewater. Due to the nature of the material being processed, two separate units are used, each with a different screen perforation: one for waste, one for feathers. All components are made of acid-resistant stainless steel.
The core of the separator is a trough-shaped body housing a horizontal cylindrical screen mounted on rollers. A drainage channel runs along the bottom of the body, while the drive unit at the top rotates the screen. Slaughter waste or feathers fed into the screen are separated from water and conveyed to the outlet. A washer is installed above the screen. The length of the separator depends on its capacity.
