A crusher with two independent crushing shafts, available in variants for pre-crushed and whole bones.

The bone crusher is fitted with two independently operating crushing shafts, each driven by a 7.5 or 15 kW geared motor. Each shaft consists of an octagonal core made from special heat-treated steel with high torsion and impact resistance, fitted with breaker elements hardened on the working surface.

The unit also includes a set of scrapers that clear material from the space between the shaft teeth.

The crusher comes in two variants: 2×7.5 kW for pre-crushed bones (resulting particle size 5–15 mm) and 2×15 kW for whole bones (resulting particle size 30–40 mm).
