Membrane Chambers
sMBR technology: membrane separation within a biological reactor, producing high-quality effluent without additional tanks.
Membrane chambers use sMBR technology (submerged membrane bioreactor), combining biological treatment with membrane separation in a single reactor. The membranes retain suspended solids and colloidal particles, producing effluent that is high-quality and disinfected without the use of chemicals.
Within a single reactor, suspended solids, organic carbon, and nutrients are removed simultaneously, with independent control of HRT and MCRT parameters. High biomass concentration accelerates biodegradation, while the compact footprint allows existing wastewater treatment plants to increase capacity without building additional tanks.
| Parametr | Wartość |
|---|---|
| Technology | sMBR (submerged membrane bioreactor) |
| Processes in a single reactor | removal of suspended solids, organic carbon, and nutrients |
| Effluent quality | free of suspended solids and colloids, disinfected without chemicals |
| Process control | independent HRT and MCRT |
Membrane selection and configuration are matched to flow rate and wastewater quality. Details available on request.
